Q: What's the estimated production and shipping time for personalized pieces?

A: As each piece is personalized just for you, it takes some time to create before it can be shipped to your door. Typically, production time is between 30-45 business days after design confirmation, plus shipping time. All parts are made to order, and carrier deadlines vary by city and state.

Q: Is there a warranty for BabyLuxxe purchases?

A: Yes! We offer a 60-day warranty for all BabyLuxxe products! Our warranty covers the repair or replacement of faulty parts or carrier (if extensive) due to manufacturing defects such as buckle issue, flawed printing, irregular printing, or stitching. Wear and tear, damages from misuse, damaged boxes from carrier are not covered. For more information, contact us at Designs@Luxxeco.com.

Q:  Where do you ship to?

A:  Currently, we ship to North America (Canada and the US) and Europe. If you're an international customer, please contact us via chat or email to inquire about shipping rates!

Q: How do I register for the warranty?

A: To register for the warranty, send us a picture of your BabyLuxxe purchase along with your Order # within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the warranty is not valid without registration.

Q:  What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

A: In the rare case that your order arrives incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  You will have the opportunity to review and approve every detail before it is shipped, so issues can be mitigated before it leaves our facility.

Q:  Can I return or exchange personalized items?

A: As each item is made-to-order and personalized, returns and exchanges are not possible. However, in case of any manufacturing defects, our product warranty is applicable.

Q: What about specialty corporate or large volume orders?

A: For large corporate orders, contact us at designs@luxxeco.com. We offer designs with company or custom logos at corporate pricing and can work with you to create a customized order that meets your specific needs and budget.
