Please note that all of our bags are handmade to order, and our production time is 30-45 business days from design confirmation. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped to you and the estimated shipping time is between 5-10 days. We appreciate your patience and we assure you that the wait will be worth it for a bag that is crafted with care and built to last.

Refund & Returns

At Babyluxxe, we take pride in handcrafting every bag to your unique specifications. As such, we are unable to offer refunds on custom orders. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 60-day warranty on any manufacturing issues. Rest assured, our skilled artisans will carefully create your bag to your exact specifications, and you will have the opportunity to review and approve every detail before it is shipped.
